Michigan LLC Fees (2026): $50 Formation, $25 Annual Statement
Michigan runs one of the lightest LLC fee schedules in the country, and all of it is collected by LARA's Corporations, Securities & Commercial Licensing Bureau. There is no Michigan Secretary of State fee for LLCs, because that office plays no part in LLC filings. Here is the whole schedule, then our flat pricing.
State Fee Schedule

| Articles of Organization, Form CSCL/CD-700 | $50 | One-time formation fee (MCL 450.4202) |
| PLLC Articles of Organization, Form CSCL/CD-701 | $50 | Professional LLCs |
| Annual Statement, Form CSCL/CD-2700 | $25 | Due February 15 every year |
| PLLC Annual Report, Form CSCL/CD-2701 | $75 | PLLCs only; also due February 15 |
| Late penalty on the Annual Statement | $10 per month | Counts part-months; capped at $50 |

LARA also offers optional expedited review of filings at additional fees when time is short.
